PERL is the leader in the bare ownership estate investment sector. Frédéric Goulet and Alain Laurier, their co-founders, have successfully brought together private and public partners around a project appealing to new resources and logics – beneficial to all the parties: selling new apartments to private investors whose usufruct is assigned to public lessors for a limited time.

Objectives

To make the PERL company more well-known and assist their recognition as the founders of the social rental usufruct plan. To popularize the plan concept to ensure lasting understanding and recognition. To adapt their communication, depending on the press typology, professionals, consumers as well as the different political interests.

Composition of press releases, related to economical and political news.
Organisation of a dozen of interviews each month. Accompaniment and valorization of the company among journalists during the "Bare ownership Meetings" and the "Social rental Usufruct Meetings", two annual key-events created by PERL – recently.
